What’s this blog about?
Well, it’s nearly half way 2009 and Colin & Wendy both wanted (well needed actually) a holiday in the middle of the year, and we thought another trip to Europe to see a bit more of Italy and France would be a good idea. The West coast of Croatia also seemed like a good thing to do so that’s in the itinerary too. We have a son living in Lyon so that had to fit in as well so we thought that might be the most appropariate place to finish… Well, nearly. We have to get back to rome to catch the flight home so a couple of days there will see us out before getting back to Geelong.
I thought I’d like to record our travels and I believe writing about them helps the memories later (and hopefully the practice will improve my writing). So, come along and I hope you enjoy reading… Feel free to add comments so we can get a sense of what you think..
